By far, Hendry was the most comprehensive tour and tasting I have ever experienced. Those who are new to the Napa Valley, grape growing, winemaking, how to taste wine, and wine and food pairing would benefit greatly from a morning spent with second-generation vintner and winemaker, George O. Hendry.
He makes wine with my favorite grapes one of these days I have to convince my husband to visit the area. We did in 1967 when we were first married, driving to Seattle for his first assignment in the Air Force and stopped in Napa. I didn’t like wine back then, now we have 900 bottles plus or minus. Come visit. Great job you are doing you inspire me!
Cheers,
Jo

Thank you for reading and thank you for the compliment, Jo! Napa has changed so much since 1967, so you need to visit again!
